U.S. embassy officials in Baghdad say they are exploring ways to help an Iraqi father achieve his goal of delivering his crippled son to a Houston medical specialist who's offered no-cost treatment of the palsy-stricken baby. The Houston doctor believes the baby can be fully cured. The story first came to light in Art Harris's People magazine report Friday.
